Looking around the dust filled room, particles of age and time showed proof of the location’s ancient lineage. The books that lined the walls coughed and called for a hand to once again shift through their delicate pages in joy and excitement. Oh how these title’s enticed me with their golden lace binds and thick width’s. I longed to pull down a nice big volume and just dig in, right there in that lost and forgotten library. Decrepit…no I could no further utter such a lie as to say that I myself was so, for the age of my kind far out lived these small pieces of history. |
